FUNCTIONS

• Recycling: frame for loading from the rear and locking roll-off containers with pneumatic locking with No. 4 jaws, drive on the left-hand side of the trailer in the direction of travel and No. 1 plug-in roller stop for different container sizes;

• Construction (construction machinery): integrated anchorage on the frame for screw-on anchor rings, No. 3 pairs of anchorage holes in the front of the outer frame, tapered edges at the rear with storage compartment in the ramp with steel plate cover and No. 2 removable aluminium ramps with side hand lever for loading and transport of two-axle heavy construction machinery with rubber tyres (length approx. 2,400 m and outer width approx. 450 mm)

ISO: No. 4 pairs of ISO container locks for No. 2 10-foot containers and No. 1 20-foot container, rear twist-lock with adapters (Attention: depending on the length of the chassis, the centre of gravity of the load will be located at the front axle, as the front ISO locks are at the front; the rear twist-lock locks are positioned lower; ISO containers are secured using twist-lock adapters; not suitable for transporting tanks containing dangerous goods), No. 1 pair of 5-ton anchor rings welded to the platform at the front and No. 4 pairs of 6.3-ton anchor points (screw-on) on the outer chassis, evenly spaced;

• Transport: hard aluminium side rails h. 600 mm, split in half, collapsible and removable, suitable for transporting construction and general materials.

FRAME

• chassis with close-coupled twin tyres and fixed biga;
• high-strength S700 welded steel frame structure;
• fixed drawbar with 50 mm diameter eye;
• SAF axles 10 ton/axle load capacity with drum brakes;
• n° 9 tyres 235/75 R 17.5, 141J;
• n° 9 steel rims 6.75 x 17.5 with rim offset, silver colour;

BRAKING SYSTEM:
in accordance with ECE R13 directive and according to factory specifications, dual-line compressed air, EBS 4S3M system detected on 1st + 2nd axle, electronic braking and stability system EBS-E and RSS / TEBS G2 and RSP, spring-operated parking brake on 2nd axle, steel air reservoir, connection/air hoses with 2 individual coupling heads, yellow/red, EBS/ABS connection cable, bracket for EBS and electrical socket on the drawbar, air suspension with raising and lowering device operated separately via 2 rotary lever valves;

SAFETY SYSTEM: tyre pressure monitoring in accordance with ECE directive 141, with pressure sensor integrated in the wheels, visible in the cab (display, etc. must be present on the vehicle)

LIGHTING/ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
24-volt lighting system in accordance with ECE directive R48, N° 2 ‘HELLA’ LED rear lights, N° 2 LED front clearance lights, N° 2 LED rear position lights, LED side marker lights controlled by direction signal, N°. 2 LED licence plate lights, fixed connection cable with N° 1 15-pin connector, N° 2 additional LED reversing lights fixed at rear left and right;

BODYWORK

• N° 2 vertical rubber bumpers on the end plate;
• N° 4 pairs of plastic mudguards with spray protection as per regulations;
• fixed anti-trapping protection in accordance with EU regulation UN/ECE R58;
– light assembly integrated in the frame;
• N° 2 standard chocks with bracket; – spare wheel holder;
• N° 1 stainless steel tool box approx. 975x390x390 mm, with cylinder lock and recessed locks, unpainted, matt – left in front of axle;
•side crash protection made of aluminium profiles as per regulations
• N° 2 rear stabiliser feet for loading skips/equipment and no. 2 front stabiliser feet for positioning the chassis at rest;
• Reflective sticker 70 km/h and 80 km/h (according to Italian regulations) on the rear;
• number plate holder
• Paintwork: the trailer is sandblasted and has n° 2 coats of grey/black enamel paint;
